Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee

The Committee advises on the priority of corruption prevention studies and examines all study reports.

Terms of Reference
  • Receive and call for reports from the Commission about practices and procedures of Government Departments, public bodies and the private sector which may be conducive to corruption and to advise the Commissioner what areas should be examined and the degree of priority to be accorded to each.
  • Consider recommendations arising from such examinations and to advise the Commissioner on further action to be taken.
  • Monitor action taken to implement recommendations made on the advice of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee.
