- Any Hong Kong resident who cares about civic matters and is keen to assist in the fight against corruption is welcome to join the Club.
- Preferably, the applicants can read Chinese and understand Cantonese, as all ICAC Club's communications and activities are conducted in Chinese / Cantonese.
- Young member - 12 to 17 years old
- Adult member - 18 years old or above
