The ICAC Club was formed on 18 May 1997 to encourage the public to gain a deeper understanding about the work of the ICAC through active participation in various ICAC events and activities, and to earnestly take concerted efforts to promote a probity culture and build a clean, fair, stable and prosperous society.

• Know and understand the corruption problems in Hong Kong

• Promote messages of integrity and probity

• Actively participate in anti-corruption activities

• Encourage the public to report corruption

The ICAC regularly arranges a host of activities for Club members to enhance their understanding about the corruption problems in Hong Kong and ICAC's work. Major activities include:

• Orientation activity: To familiarize new members with the ICAC's work, anti-corruption laws and responsibilities of an ICAC Club member.

• Annual award presentation ceremony: Awards will be presented in this annual event to commend members who have volunteered their time and energy to assist in ICAC activities during the year.

• Regional gatherings: To facilitate sharing by members in the same region and to increase their sense of belonging to the respective Regional Offices.
