The ICAC Club was formed on 18 May 1997 to encourage members of the public to gain a deeper understanding about the work of the ICAC through active participation in various ICAC events and activities, and to earnestly take concerted efforts to promote a probity culture and build a clean, fair, stable and prosperous society.

• Maintain the good reputation of the ICAC Club

• Be an honest and upright citizen

• Know and understand the corruption problems in Hong Kong

• Promote probity and ethical behaviour

• Actively participate in anti-corruption activities

• Encourage the public to report corruption

The ICAC regularly arranges a host of activities for Club members to enhance their understanding about the corruption problems in Hong Kong and ICAC's work. Major activities include:

• Orientation activity: New members are invited to visit the ICAC Headquarters to enable them to understand and appreciate the work of ICAC, anti-corruption laws and responsibilities of an ICAC Club member.

• Annual gathering: Club members from various regions meet annually and awards are presented to commend members who have volunteered their time and energy to assist in ICAC activities during the year.

• Regional gatherings: To increase the members' sense of belonging and facilitate exchanges, Regional Offices will organise gatherings and activities for their members.
