Hong Kong is ranked the most competitive among 63 economies in the World Competitiveness Yearbook 2017.
* on a scale of 0-100, with 100 being the best performance
The Yearbook measures the competitiveness of a place by using over 300 competitiveness criteria grouped under four main factors, namely Economic Performance, Government Efficiency, Business Efficiency and Infrastructure.
Hong Kong's ranking of "bribing and corruption" as one of the criteria under the competitiveness factor "Government Efficiency" in 2017 is the 15th.
