On 14 June 2002 YU was charged by the ICAC in respect of two counts of using and possessing a forged Cambodian passport and one count of making false representation to an Immigration Assistant. The court hearing was adjourned on several occasions as YU claimed to have been hospitalized in China. ICAC enquiries later revealed that was not true. On 31 May 2004, a Warrant of Arrest was issued by the trial Magistrate against YU for failure to appear on 25 May 2004. |
