Hong Kong Ethics Development Centre HKEDC was set up in 1995 following a consensus reached at Hong Kong's first ever
'Conference on Business Ethics' held on 4 May 1994.
The Centre is a non-profit making organisation established under the auspices of the Community Relations Department of the ICAC.
