Mainland/Hong Kong Cross Boundary Businesses and Ethical Management
This issue contains synopses of the presentations made by various speakers in the "Ethical Management - Seminar on Mainland - Hong Kong Business Vistas" organised for cross-boundary businessmen to equip them with knowledge on anti-corruption legislation of the Mainland and Hong Kong, and on how to implement ethical management in a cross-boundary context. The Corruption Prevention Kit for Cross Boundary Organisations produced by the ICAC is also introduced.
