The "Ethics - The Core Value of Leadership" 2007 Directors Forum jointly organised by the ICAC with 12 related regulators, professional bodies and major chambers of commerce was successfully held on September 14. The Forum inaugurated the first-ever coordinated, structured and systematic training programme tailored for helping company directors master the evolving governance and ethical challenges.

The Forum was well attended by some 150 participants from over 90 business corporations of which around 80% were company directors and top executives. It was a half-day event comprising keynote addresses, concurrent group discussions on a specially designed case study, a super panel and a luncheon speech. Details are listed in the following programme rundown.
