The ICAC hosts jointly with six organizations the "Ethical Leadership for the New Generation" Training Programme from July 2006 to March 2007. The objectives of the programme are:

i)	To equip students in tertiary institutions with the knowledge and skills to be ethical leaders,
ii)	To provide a forum of exchange for local and overseas students on ethical practices and the essential qualities of ethical leaders.
