The ICAC has developed numerous moral education teaching materials for young people to inculcate in them positive values such as honesty, self-discipline and fairness. To facilitate non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and educational institutes to incorporate moral values in their courses and activities organised for the young people, the ICAC provides a convenient online portal for course organisers to have easy access to various teaching aids, including cartoon worksheets, e-books and micro films. The teaching materials are also suitable for students of different races. NGOs are welcome to use the resources for non-profit-making education purposes.
