The
International Anti-corruption Newsletter editorial board has a new chairman.
Mr Francis LEE Chun-sang, Director of Investigation (Government Sector), ICAC,
Hong Kong assumed the chairmanship on 1 January this year and "hopes
to make the Newsletter more informative and far reaching, to highlight the
efforts of smaller jurisdictions in their fight against corruption".
In his 26 years service at ICAC, Mr. LEE has served in investigation branches
dealing with different areas of corruption and related offences. He is married
with two sons.
'In the coming issues of the Newsletter the editorial team will be looking to make changes to the design hoping to move towards a more pictorial presentation. Please bear this in mind when submitting your articles and don't forget the Newsletter can be used as a vehicle for advertising conferences, symposia and the like.'
The
Second ICAC Symposium will be held in Hong Kong early next year; the tentative
dates are 22 - 24 January 2003.
The venue has not changed, the Symposium will be staged at the Hong Kong Convention
and Exhibition Centre. Watch out for further details.
