This public register contains basic information of every approved and taken-up outside work application in respect of ICAC directorate officers who enter into new or renewal agreements on or after 1 September 2011. These applications are processed under the control regime set out in Chapter 16-02 of the Commission Standing Orders (Part I).

The information will be kept until expiry of the concerned individuals' control period or after they have notified the ICAC of the cessation of the approved outside work, whichever happens earlier.
