* Upon the commencement of the second agreement, two incremental jumps will be granted for Assistant Commission Against Corruption Officer and one incremental jump will be granted for Commission Against Corruption Officer (Lower).

- Paid leave, housing, and medical and dental benefits are provided according to the substantive salary point, length of service as well as terms and conditions of individual schemes.
- Regarding housing benefits for recruits offered appointment on or after 1 June 2000 –
- Subject to the availability of resources, eligible local married officers of the Commission Against Corruption Officer Grade who are remunerated below IPS Pt. 28 may apply for residing in departmental quarters.
- A fully non-accountable monthly allowance is payable to eligible officers for a maximum of 120 months during an officer's service with the Commission. Under the Non-accountable Cash Allowance Scheme, officers on or above IPS Pt. 28 will be provided with the allowance as a condition of service, while officers below IPS Pt. 28 who have fulfilled the relevant service requirement will be provided with the allowance subject to a quota system.
- Officers at the rank of Assistant Commission Against Corruption Officer may apply for public housing through the Civil Service Public Housing Quota Scheme subject to their meeting the eligibility criteria.
- For new appointees to the rank of Commission Against Corruption Officer (Lower) who do not meet the language proficiency requirements, they will be eligible for a starting salary at IPS Pt. 18, i.e. $52,375.
- New recruits offered appointment to the rank of Commission Against Corruption Officer (Lower) must pass the relevant examination and attain advancement to the rank of Commission Against Corruption Officer (Middle) before they are eligible for salary payments from $86,725 to $111,005.

Major duties of the Commission Against Corruption Officer Grade includes receiving and handling corruption complaints, conducting investigations, assisting in prosecutions; reviewing public sector procedures and making recommendation to minimise corruption opportunities, providing advisory service to the private sector; educating the public against the evils of corruption and publicising anti-corruption messages; coordinating international collaboration work and maintaining liaison with anti-corruption counterparts in the Mainland and overseas.
