The Community Relations Department is headed by a Director and operates through two divisions.
Division 1
- Publicise anti-corruption messages through the mass and new media; and
- Map out strategies on business ethics and youth integrity promotion.
Division 2
- Provide face-to-face preventive education to the public; and
- Reach out to different levels of the local communities to enlist support for ICAC's work.

The two divisions regularly report their work to the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations and seek the Committee's advice on various initiatives.
