• Offering free consultancy services on corporate ethics programme, e.g., to assist companies in formulating codes of conduct, establishing system control and providing staff training on legal and ethical issues;
• Establishing the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (the Centre) to partner with the business community to promote business and professional ethics on a long-term basis; and
