The duties of the International Cooperation and Corporate Services Department are to:

• Strengthen the collaboration and communication with anti-corruption agencies in different jurisdictions
• Promote Hong Kong's probity environment, effective anti-corruption regime, strong rule of law and ICAC"s work in the global arena
• Operate International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities Secretariat
• Provide corporate services to the Commission and ensure its administrative work is conducted in compliance with government rules and regulations
