The Corporate Services Branch provides professional resource management and administrative support to ICAC and at the same time performs the important role of gate-keeper. Its strategy is to:

• Provide multi-faceted resource management and administrative support services to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of ICAC;
• Formulate and co-ordinate policies to strengthen corporate governance and safeguard compliance with government policies, rules and regulations; and
• Scrutinise and prioritize the use of government resources to ensure cost-effectiveness, affordability and sustainability.
