Corporate Services Branch
The Corporate Services Branch plans, co-ordinates, implements and reviews a wide range of resource management and administrative support services in the ICAC.
The major areas of work of the group includes:
- Recruit and retain persons of integrity and high caliber; and promote good human resource management practices to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Take forward the prudent financial management principle; and scrutinise and prioritize the allocation of funds to ensure fiscal affordability and sustainability in the delivery of services
- Purchase goods and services that represent the best value for money; advise the procurement procedures to ensure that government procurement policies including pro-innovation procurement is aptly complied with
- Foster stable and harmonious relations between management and staff, strengthen staff"s sense of belongings and promote work-life-balance and occupational safety and health
- Formulate and implement training policies which support human resource management initiatives, provide training programmes to ICAC staff, promote a culture of continuous learning in the ICAC
- Support the Government"s official languages policy by ensuring the efficient and effective provision of translation and interpretation services in ICAC, and to facilitate the effective use of Chinese and English in official business
- Co-ordinate, vet and allocate office accommodation and implement building projects to meet the changing operational needs
- Provide administrative support services in an efficient and timely manner
