The Operations Department receives and handles corruption complaints. Its Report Centre provides the following services:

• It provides reporting and advisory services open to the public 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
• Under normal circumstances, the ICAC invites complainants for interviews within 48 hours after their reports have been lodged.
• It adopts comprehensive procedures to record complaints free from interference to ensure total confidentiality.
