The ICAC is organising a Recruitment Experience Day today and tomorrow (March 14 and 15) to tie in with its latest recruitment exercise, enhancing potential applicants’ understanding of the various aspects of the anti-corruption work of the Commission.

The ICAC Recruitment Experience Day 2026 received an overwhelming response, with around 1,000 spots filled. The event featured a recruitment talk, arrest demonstration, simulated sessions on anti-graft work, case analysis, interactive activities, facility tour, etc. Applicants could gain first-hand experience of ICAC’s holistic anti-corruption strategy combining law enforcement, integrity education, systemic prevention and international anti-graft collaboration. Participants could also attend a physical fitness test, and those passing the test would have their results recorded and recognised as meeting the relevant fitness requirements.

Leveraging the “One-Commission Recruitment, All-Round Training” manpower development strategy, the ICAC is conducting a recruitment exercise themed “One Mission Unlocks Infinite Potential” to fill vacancies for Commission Against Corruption Officer and Assistant Commission Against Corruption Officer across its three departments, with applications closing on March 23.
