The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong recently held a high-level meeting on enforcement cooperation. At the invitation of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong, a delegation, headed by CSRC Chief Enforcement Officer and Director-General of Enforcement Bureau Mr Luo Zifa and accompanied by representatives from the Enforcement Division of the SFC, met with Deputy Commissioner and Head of Operations of the ICAC Mr Ricky Yau Shu-chun as well as other senior officers of the Operations Department.

During the meeting, Deputy Commissioner of the ICAC gave an update on the duties and relevant work of the Commission. Exchanges also took place on the provision of enforcement cooperation pursuant to the two agencies’ respective functions and legal framework.
