Case Brief
TAN is wanted on suspicion of having (a) conspired with his personal assistant LOW Seow-yan Grace (wanted by the ICAC) and a manager of a local bank to launder crime proceeds totalling HK$174 million between July 2011 and October 2012; and (b) offered an advantage to the bank manager. The trial of the trio was fixed for 22 September 2014 at the District Court. Whilst TAN was on court bail pending trial, he failed to report to the police station on 28 May 2014 as required.
