Case Brief
CHI is wanted on suspicion of having offered bribes to Juan Antonio MUNOZ, an assistant to the governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines. Between 1992 and 1993, CHI offered a total amount of HK$13 million to MUNOZ for foregoing payment of commissions on gold dealing which were payable to the Central Bank of the Philippines by Mocatta Group Hong Kong.
