Case Brief
YUEN, the proprietor of Fu Yue Engineering Co. (FYE), is wanted on suspicion of having conspired with the Vice Manager of Property Development Department of COSCO (H.K.) Property Development Ltd (CPD) to defraud CPD by submitting false quotations and invoices to falsely represent that two tenants of CPD’s property had engaged FYE for renovation works, causing CPD to release a total of HK$1,295,000 renovation fee to FYE.
