Case Brief
MUDOLO Willah is wanted on suspicion of, between 2015 and 2016, having conspired with KIM Gyeun Bai and HADA Sachiyo (both are also wanted by the ICAC) and others to use false proof of fund letters and corporate refund promissory notes to deceive various Japanese investors into making investments totalling over JPY400 million in ADF Capital Limited and several other companies. MUDOLO left Hong Kong in August 2017. A warrant was issued by the Magistrates’ Courts for his arrest.
