Operation 303
Introduction
The ICAC immersive programme, "Operation 303", integrates elements such as role-playing, problem-solving, teamwork and competition, enabling you to take on the role of "Special Investigator" and work on a simulated corruption case to gain first-hand investigation experience.

Four Missions
Arrest
Stay sharp and alert. In the face of unexpected situations, investigator must stay professional, decisive and take prompt action. Can you seize the right moment to arrest the suspects?
Search
You can't miss any single evidence! It may appear trivial, but reveals the corrupt dealings behind. Crimes are often hidden in plain sight. Be observant and search for the key evidence!
Interrogation
"I will stay silent." Engage in the battle of wits. Unveil their secrets and bring the truth to light. Will you be the next master interrogator?
Registration

The activity is open to members of the public aged 15 to 50. Only aplications from groups, organisations, or schools are accepted (Each session can accommodate a maximum of 30 participants with a minimum requirement of 10 participants per registration).

The activity is free of charge.

Interested parties can apply by submitting the Online Registration Form.

If there is any special request regarding the activity time, please indicate in the application form. The ICAC will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Successful applicants will receive the confirmation via email at least 30 working days before the activity date. No individual notification will be sent to unsuccessful applicants.

The ICAC will announce the latest arrangements and activity schedule on this website and ICAC's social media platforms.

Participants must not use this activity for any profit-making or commercial purposes, such as charging fees from the participants. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed unless prior permission is obtained from the ICAC. The ICAC reserves the right to cancel the corresponding application in case of violation.

The ICAC may take photos and videos during the activity, and retains ownership and usage rights of all images and videos captured, as well as participants' comments and survey results, for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) publishing on promotional materials, websites, social media, and annual reports.

The ICAC reserves the right to make all final decisions on enrolment, session allocation, content and any other arrangement of this activity.
