The ICAC Club 25th Anniversary Award Presentation Ceremony (the Ceremony) was held on 30 October 2022 at the ICAC Building. Due to the epidemic, the Ceremony had been suspended for the past two years. This year, over 450 members who had actively rendered voluntary work over the past three years were lauded for their service. Among them, about 170 members attended the Ceremony. ICAC Commissioner WOO Ying-ming joined the Ceremony and commended the ICAC Club for providing diversified voluntary services to the Commission. Over the past 25 years, members of the ICAC Club spent more than 70,000 hours in total as voluntary helpers to safeguard the integrity culture in Hong Kong together with the ICAC.

To cultivate the integrity of young people, the ICAC Club launched a mentoring programme earlier this year. A total of 10 retired ICAC officers served as mentors to pair up with 13 ICAC Club Youth Chapter members. Through sharing their career and life planning experiences, they walked with the young people to uphold integrity. During the Event, the Chairman of Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations Professor Simon HO Shun-man, mentors of ICAC Club Mentoring Programme Ms. Valentina CHAN Kit-wan and Mr. Freud YIP Kwong-fuk and their mentees shared their insights and experience in joining different mentoring programmes.
