The clerical assistant was alleged to give favourable treatment to two garage operators in bookings for examination of vehicles.
The Transport Department has rendered full assistance to the ICAC during its investigation.
ICAC enquiries are continuing.
Meanwhile, since the investigation has revealed that there could be a number of other garage operators who are victims in this case, members of the public are urged to come forward to provide the ICAC with any information on the case. They may dial ICAC' s 24-hour hotline 2526 6366.
