One more Housing Department's employee, an Assistant Clerk of Works, was charged by the ICAC in connection with alleged corruption scams over a public housing development project at Tin Shui Wai.
Jung Wing-kwan, 42, currently on ICAC bail, will appear at Tuen Mun Court at 9:30 am tomorrow (Monday) .
He was among the 12 people arrested in ICAC operation "Ambush" in August, which so far had resulted in the prosecution of three other suspects, including two HD's Architects.
ICAC investigations had revealed that some HD staff allegedly received advantages from contractors and sub-contractors for lax site supervision.
Jung faces one count of conspiring with Cheng Ying-chung, Wilson Chu Ka-hung and others to offer advantages for Jung to give favourable treatment to the staff of Penta-Ocean Construction Limited (Penta-Ocean) between October 1998 and August 2000.
The alleged advantages included meals, nightclub entertainment, hostess escort and prostitution services.
Cheng and Chu were both employees of Penta-Ocean, which was involved in a development project at Tin Shui Wai Area 102 Phase 7.
Cheng and two HD architects, Barry Tang Hoi-on and Tjong Kee-ming, were earlier charged in connection with the same case. The trio will also appear at Tuen Mun Court tomorrow for mention.
