ICAC representatives will attend briefing session for candidates to be organised by the Electoral Affairs Commission to explain the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (ECICO). The ICAC will also offer to arrange briefing sessions for prospective candidates and election helpers to apprise them of the major provisions of the legislation, and to remind them of the statutory requirements governing the conduct of election activities.
