In addition to attending the briefing session for candidates organised by the Electoral Affairs Commission, the ICAC will also arrange briefing sessions upon invitation to brief prospective candidates and election helpers on the major provisions of the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance, and to remind them of the statutory requirements governing the conduct of election activities.
