Two security guards of a property management company were charged by the ICAC in two cases yesterday (September 3) for separately conspiring with a supervisor for the latter to accept bribes totalling $18,000 for keeping the employment of one of the duo and granting extra allowance to the other.

An Education Officer of the Education Bureau (EDB) has been charged by the ICAC today (September 3) with accessing to EDB’s computer system dishonestly for information related to his son’s Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA).

Two Chinese medicine practitioners have been charged by the ICAC today (August 31) with defrauding a Chinese medicine clinics group of granting sick leave by issuing and using a false sick leave certificate.

To align with the government’s latest arrangements for gradual resumption of public services, the ICAC announced today (August 21) that starting from Monday (August 24), the Commission will resume full range of services with appropriate measures to limit the number of staff in the office at any one time to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
