A former foreman of a cleaning service contractor has been charged by the ICAC today (December 12) for defrauding MTR Corporation Limited (MTR Corporation) of service payment by falsifying attendance records of cleaners.

A hardware retailer, charged by the ICAC, was today (December 12) sentenced at the Tuen Mun Magistracy for offering illegal commissions to secure hardware supplies orders in relation to the construction of a private columbarium.
