The ICAC Exhibition Hall, located in the ICAC Building, showcases the anti-corruption history of Hong Kong and the ICAC's strategies to combat corruption. To enhance visitors' experience, the exhibition hall underwent a full upgrade and renovation in 2025. The new exhibition hall features a range of digitalised and interactive facilities which, coupled with its rich and diverse exhibits, creating an immersive experience for visitors as they navigate an anti-corruption journey.
Discovering the fascinating features of the ICAC Exhibition Hall
The original "Godber's Ledger" preserved for over 50 years, is unveiled to the public for the first time. A specially designed LED transparent display case presents the ledger's contents in an interactive and engaging format. Rare photos from landmark cases such as the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market case and the Carrian Group case are also on display, offering visitors a glimpse into the anti-corruption efforts behind these historic investigations.
Using AI technology, archival photos are transformed into dynamic footage and projected onto a five-sided CAVE LED screen, immersing visitors in pivotal moments of history. Even those who never witnessed the era of rampant corruption can now experience ICAC's anti-corruption journey.
The exhibition hall is divided into four thematic zones: Law Enforcement, Corruption Prevention, Integrity Education and International Cooperation. Highlights include "The Corruption Fighters" interactive touchscreen in the Law Enforcement Zone, where investigators specialising in different corruption cases share key details and challenges, underscoring ICAC's relentless commitment to rigorous law enforcement.
Developed in-house by the ICAC, this AI chatbot leverages the nation's cutting-edge large language model "DeepSeek". Dr. Deep retrieves real-time data from ICAC's exclusive archives to provide accurate responses to visitors' enquiries.
A state-of-art robotic coffee maker brews the signature "1974" blend for visitors. Its precision operation reflects the nation's strides in high-tech innovation.
Beyond the thematic zones, the exhibition features large-scale feature walls and interactive photo spots, combining education with visual impact to turn the serious subject of anti-corruption into an engaging and memorable experience.
