Complaint received

In 2016, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) received a non-anonymous complaint against a foreman (defendant) of an outsourced drainage service contractor in the South Kowloon district, who was alleged to have solicited “referral fees” from South Asian workers as rewards for assisting them to secure employment in construction sites.
