ICAC officers are required to be physically fit and encouraged to lead a healthy lifestyle due to the demands placed upon them by being law enforcement officers. The compulsory Physical Fitness Test involves a 15m Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run, Grip Strength Test, 1-minute Push-ups and 1-minute Sit-ups.
