Method of Submission
Participants should submit their entries together with the completed entry form in any way as follows:
- E-mail to slogan@crd.icac.org.hk , specifying “All for Integrity” Speak up for a Corruption-free Hong Kong - Slogan and Icon Design Competition.
- Post to “ICAC Regional Office (Kowloon West), G/F, Nathan Commercial Building, 434-436 Nathan Road, Yaumatei, Kowloon”. Please mark “All for Integrity” Speak up for a Corruption-free Hong Kong - Slogan and Icon Design Competition on the envelope.
- In-person submission to any ICAC Regional Office (address and opening hours).
Prizes
- The adjudication panel will select outstanding entries based on the content and creative idea. The awardees will be presented with a certificate of appreciation and an ICAC souvenir.
- The adjudication panel will also shortlist outstanding entries in each category for online voting at the competition website. The entry with the highest number of online votes will be given the “Award for the most liked slogan for a corruption-free Hong Kong” or the “Award for the most liked icon for a corruption-free Hong Kong”.
- The ICAC will consider using the winning entries at the territory-wide publicity programme(s).
- Results will be announced at the competition website in mid-2016. Winners will be notified by letter individually and invited to attend the award ceremony.

Terms and Conditions
- The participant must enter participant's information correctly. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who omits or misrepresents any information.
- The participant may enter the competition individually or in a team (up to four people of the same age category). All entries must be the participant's original works which have never been published openly. The participant shall bear the legal responsibilities of the copyright of their entries.
- Any entry involving plagiarism or copyright infringement, or the content therein involves illegal, abusive language or any defamatory statements, will be disqualified by the organiser.
- The organiser's decision on the results shall be final. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry, or revoke or withdraw the awards presented.
- The copyright of all entries shall vest in the organiser, who shall have the right to publish, exhibit, print and distribute the entries through any media, and use the entries for production of publicity materials for non-commercial promotion and publicity.
- The organiser reserves all rights to use or dispose of the entries, and the entries submitted will not be returned.
- Upon submitting their entries, the participant agrees to abide by all competition terms and conditions.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend competition rules, make other arrangements, and not to present some of the awards without giving prior notice to participants.
- In case of dispute, the organiser's interpretation and decision shall be final.

What's New of the ICAC
Personal Data Collection Statement -
The personal data is provided by the participant on a voluntary basis. The data, which will only be used by the ICAC for the events concerned and may be accessed by the staff concerned for correspondence and other relevant purposes, will be retained until the end of the events and then destroyed six months afterwards. According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the participants have the right to request access to or correction of the personal data provided.
