Over the years, Hong Kong has consistently remained in the band of the top 20 jurisdictions with very low level of corruption in the world in international surveys.

The Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption is dedicated to establishing a platform that promotes academic research in anti-corruption among experts and scholars. Through collaboration with international and local research institutions, we combine the practical experience of the Independent Commission Against Corruption with the research capabilities of experts and scholars. This enables us to build a theoretical foundation for various areas of anti-corruption work and provide strategies and solutions to address corruption challenges.

The HKIAAC signed memoranda of understanding (MoU) with renowned academic institutions to to promote academic research on anti-corruption by experts and scholars, and strengthen cooperation in the training of anti-corruption professionals.
