A businessman from Taiwan was today (Friday) sentenced to three months' imprisonment at the Eastern Magistracy for offering an advantage to a police officer who interviewed him in relation to a police investigation.

An officer of the Housing Department (HD), charged by the ICAC, was today (Tuesday) sentenced to six months’ imprisonment at Kowloon City Magistracy for fabricating graft reports against her superior.
