A director-cum-shareholder of a trading company appeared at the West Kowloon Magistracy today (August 25) after being charged by the ICAC with defrauding a bank of export invoice financing loans totalling about $13 million by using false commercial invoices.

An Assistant Officer II (AO II) of the Correctional Services Department (CSD), a former inmate and his girlfriend have been charged by the ICAC today (July 24) with conspiracy to commit misconduct in public office (MIPO) in relation to the introduction of unauthorised articles into a prison for the inmate through corrupt assistance by the AO II.
