Briefing Sessions

In addition to attending briefing sessions organised by Electoral Affairs Commission, the ICAC will also organise briefing sessions to explain the major provisions of the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (ECICO) to prospective candidates, their election helpers and volunteers. Interested parties are welcome to call the Clean Election Enquiry Hotline at 2920 7878 or approach any of the ICAC Regional Offices for further details.

In addition, the ICAC will conduct regional briefings on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories. Details are as follows:
