Mr Danny Y M Woo joined the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Government as an Assistant Immigration Officer in 1988. He was appointed Officer of the Correctional Services Department in 1989. He was the Commissioner of Correctional Services from 2018 to March 2022 before retiring from the civil service.

On 1 July 2022, Mr Woo was appointed by the Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China as the Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Hong Kong, China (ICAC). In his over 33 years of experience in custodial and offenders' rehabilitation, Mr Woo had established close partnership with ICAC in unveiling corruption-related crimes with vigour. Mr Woo is also a keen advocate of innovative technology and will continue to exert technological leverage for the anti-corruption cause.

Mr Woo was awarded the Hong Kong Correctional Services Medal for Distinguished Service and the Silver Bauhinia Star by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2018 and 2022 respectively.

Mr Woo graduated from the Northcote College of Education in Hong Kong and later completed the Degree of Master of Social Sciences in Criminology at the University of Hong Kong.

Mr John Lee was born in 1957. He joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1977 as a Probationary Inspector of Police and was promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police in 2010. He served in a variety of posts in the Force, including Assistant Commissioner (Crime), Director of Crime and Security and Deputy Commissioner (Management). He holds a Master's degree of Public Policy and Administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia. Mr Lee was appointed Under Secretary for Security in 2012 and Secretary for Security in 2017. During his service in the Security Bureau, he was responsible for the formulation of security policies covering law and order, immigration and customs control, fire and emergency rescue services, correctional services, government flying services and other areas. He also oversaw and coordinated the work of six disciplined services departments and two auxiliary forces under the Bureau. Mr Lee was appointed Chief Secretary for Administration in 2021. Apart from assisting the Chief Executive in policy administration, Mr Lee was also responsible for supervising the work of nine policy bureaux, harmonising the work which straddled across different bureaux and departments, as well as promoting a good relationship between the Executive Authorities and the Legislature. Mr Lee won the Chief Executive Election of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 8 May 2022, and was appointed as the sixth-term Chief Executive by the Central People's Government on 20 May 2022. Mr Lee assumed office on 1 July 2022.

Chief Justice Cheung was appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal on 11 January 2021.

Chief Justice Cheung was born and educated in Hong Kong. He read law at the University of Hong Kong, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1983 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 1984. In 1985, he obtained a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School. He was called to the Hong Kong Bar in the same year, and in 1995 he was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Chief Justice Cheung was in private practice in Hong Kong before joining the Judiciary as a District Judge in June 2001. He started sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge in December 2001 and was appointed a Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court in 2003. Chief Justice Cheung was made the Probate Judge in 2004 and the Judge in charge of the Constitutional and Administrative Law List in 2008. In 2011, he was appointed Chief Judge of the High Court and became President of the Court of Appeal of the High Court. In 2018, he was appointed a Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal.

Chief Justice Cheung is the chairman of the Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission which makes recommendations to the Chief Executive on judicial appointments.

Chief Justice Cheung is an Honorary Bencher of Lincoln's Inn.

Chief Justice Cheung was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in July 2021.

Mr Cheung Kwok-kwan has been the Deputy Secretary for Justice since 1 July 2022. Mr Cheung was a solicitor in private practice in Hong Kong with the qualifications of China appointed Attesting Officer and Civil Celebrant of Marriages before joining the Department of Justice.

He was a Non Official Member of the Executive Council, and a member of the Legislative Council as well as the District Council. He has also served as a member of Hong Kong Housing Authority, the Non Executive Director of Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, the court member of the University of Hong Kong, a member of Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service, and the Chairman of Practice and Examination Committee of Hong Kong Estate Agents Authority.

Petr Klement worked as a prosecutor in the Department of Serious Economic and Financial Crime at the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) of the Czech Republic, where he specialised in PIF crimes, cybercrime and combating the financing of terrorism. He was also a member of the Supervisory Committee of OLAF from January 2017 to August 2020.

He joined the Czech prosecution service in 2000, and from 2004 worked as a district prosecutor specialised in economic crime. Between 2006 and 2014 he worked at the International Department of the PGO, and later headed the Section of Outer Relations. During that time, he was seconded to Eurojust (2007), to North Kosovo within the EU Rule of Law Mission, EULEX (2010–2012) and to the IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance) 2010 Project in Tirana, Albania (2013–2014).

Petr Klement has run the National Network of Cybercrime Prosecutors and was also the General Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Project at the European Judicial Training Network. In 2020, he was appointed as European Prosecutor in the new European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO). As of 29 July 2023, he has been taking on a new role in EPPO as Deputy European Chief Prosecutor.

Ms Brigitte Strobel-Shaw serves as the Chief of the Corruption and Economic Crime Branch of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the secretary of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption. Previously, she held various other positions within UNODC and the wider United Nations system. A lawyer by training, Ms Strobel-Shaw also previously worked for a private law firm. With an LLM and two advanced law degrees, Ms Strobel-Shaw is an accomplished legal professional with a wealth of experience on anti-corruption.

Mr Drago Kos is currently the Chair of the OECD Istanbul Anti-corruption Action Plan and the former Chair of the OECD Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions.

Mr Kos was also the Co-Chair of the MENA – OECD Business Integrity Network, a member of the Defence Corruption Monitoring Committee and International Anti-Corruption Advisory Board in Ukraine. Between 2011 and 2015, he was International Commissioner and Chair of the Joint Independent Anti-Corruption Monitoring and Evaluation Committee in Afghanistan. Between 2003 and 2011, he was the Chairman of the Council of Europe's Group of States against Corruption.

Mr Kos was the first Chairman of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption in Slovenia between 2004 and 2010. Prior to that, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Slovenian Criminal Investigation Directorate and the Head of the Organised Crime Section of the Slovenian Police.

Since October 2010, Mr Kos has been a managing partner in R.U.R., LLC, a consultancy company registered in Slovenia, specialising in the areas of corporate integrity, prevention of corruption, forensic auditing, due diligence, anti-money laundering, asset tracing and recovery.

In 2014, he led the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce's Working Group producing the first Guidelines on Slovenian Corporate Integrity.

Mr Kos used to be a soccer player and UEFA/FIFA referee and is now a UEFA/FIFA referee observer.

Dr Vetere was Vice President of International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA) in 2006-2022, and is currently an Executive Committee Member. In 2012 he was elected as a Member of the Board of Governors of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) for a term of six years and in 2016 became its Chairman. He is also one of the Founding Members of the UNODC Anti-Corruption Academic Initiative (ACAD).

Having worked as a Research Officer at the UN Crime and Justice Research Institute (1969-1975); Social Affairs Officer with the UN Department of International Economic and Social Affairs (1976-1984); and Senior Programme Officer with the UN Fund for Drug Abuse Control (1984-1987); he headed from 1987 to 1997 the UN Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme, which is now an integral part of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), first as Director of the United Nations International Crime Prevention Centre from 1997 to 2002 and, from 2003 to 2005, as Director of the Division for Treaty Affairs of UNODC. He has also served as Executive Secretary of the Eighth, Ninth and Eleventh UN Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Congresses.

He was also involved in a number of UN peace-keeping missions, firstly as Provincial Director of Phnom Penh with the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC), serving also as Officer-in-Charge for Public Security responsible for re-establishing Cambodia's criminal justice infrastructure (1992-1993); after as Director of the Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General in Iraq (1998-1999); and later as Chairman of the Identification Commission of the UN Mission for the Referendum on Western Sahara and Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General (1999-2001).

He received his doctorate in law/jurisprudence at the University of Rome, with specialization in criminal law and criminology at the Universities of Cambridge and Rome. He authored several publications in the fields of criminal law and criminology, organized crime, corruption, human rights in the administration of justice, criminal justice statistics, developmental issues and international cooperation in criminal matters.

Dr. Wong is the Chairman of Accounting and Financial Reporting Council, the Chairman of Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee and a member of Advisory Committee on Corruption of Independent Commission Against Corruption ("ICAC").

He was a member of Operations Review Committee and Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of ICAC, a Non-executive Director of Securities and Futures Commission, the Chairman of Investor and Financial Education Council, the Chairman of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a member of Main Board and GEM Listing Committees of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and a member of Standing Committee on Company Law Reform.

He is an Executive Director and a Deputy Managing Director of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited and an Independent Non-executive Director of two listed companies in Hong Kong.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Andrews University in Michigan, the USA, and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dr Busia has served as President of the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) since 2020.

He is the vice president of the Network for Integrity and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities – IAACA.

Dr Busia worked at the Italian Data Protection Authority (DPA) from inception in 1997 and took office as Secretary General to the DPA in July 2012. He was a member of the Europol Joint Supervisory Body as set up by the Europol Convention from 1998 to 2005, where he was appointed as Chair of the Appeals Committee; he was also a member of the Joint Supervisory Authority set up by the Customs Information Systems Convention and served as deputy Chair of that Authority. From 2012, he is Alternate Member of the Article 29 Data Protection Working Party set up under the Directive 95/46/EC and has been a member of the ad hoc Committee on Data Protection (CAHDATA) established by the Council of Europe to modernize the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108). He served as Secretary General to the Italian Independent Oversight Authority for public procurement contracts (2008–2012) and was appointed as Director of the Permanent Board for the Relations between State and Regions (2006–2008). He held and still holds teaching courses in several Italian universities and has authored many scientific papers.

Dr Liu Yi is a Research Fellow at the Research Center for Anti-corruption and Governance at Tsinghua University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University and was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. His research primarily focuses on corporate integrity and compliance, as well as international cooperation in anti-corruption. Dr Liu has undertaken several projects funded by the Social Sciences Fund and has published related articles. He has been actively involved in the evaluation system for corporate integrity and compliance within the "Belt and Road" initiative and has represented China as a speaker at the 10th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption. Additionally, Dr Liu has also participated as a lecturer at the International Anti-Corruption Academy of the Hong Kong ICAC.

Wingco Lo is the Managing Director of Wing Li Group International Limited. He is familiar with the business environment in the Mainland and overseas because of the nature of the group's business. He also has extensive experience in the testing industry. During his tenure as Chairman of the CMA Testing and Certification Laboratories, the testing lab has adopted a robust anti-bribery management system (ABMS) and policy, and become the 1st third-party laboratory in Hong Kong to be awarded ISO 37001 ABMS Certification.

Wingco has served on the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Advisory Committee since 2019. He is also actively involved in a number of industry and government organizations, including as the President of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, and Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Brand Development Council. He currently serves as a Council Member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Council Member of the Vocational Training Council, a Member of the Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification, and a Member of the Trade and Industry Advisory Board.

Wingco was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2016 and awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2023. On the Mainland, he is a Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Dr. Abaalkhail joined Nazaha in 2011 as the Head of Planning and Development; later in 2017, he was appointed as the Head of International Collaboration, and as the Deputy for International Collaboration in 2019.

In 2020, Dr. Abaalkhail chaired the G20 Anti-Corruption Working Group. During his chairmanship, the Group established the first G20 Anti-Corruption Ministerial meeting, and launched the Riyadh Initiative for Enhancing International Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Cooperation.

Dr. Abaalkhail leads work related to: Governmental Experts for the UNCAC Review Mechanism, international conventions, MoUs between Nazaha and states' counterparties. He is also a member of the Standing Committee for Legal Assistance Requests.

Between 2003 and 2011, Dr. Abaalkhail was a bank examiner and a senior insurance supervisor at the Saudi Central Bank. He has US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Saudi CPA qualifications, and a PhD from Sussex Center for the Study of Corruption, University of Sussex, UK.

Commissioner Brereton was educated at the University of Sydney, graduating Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws and serving two terms as President of the Students Representative Council.

He was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 1982, called to the Bar in 1987 and appointed Senior Counsel in 1998. In 2005, he was appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and in 2018 he was appointed a Judge of Appeal.

From 2013 he was a member and from 2019 Deputy President of the Defence Force Discipline Appeal Tribunal. He was appointed a part-time Commissioner of the NSW Law Reform Commission on 1 June 2016 and Deputy Chairperson on 1 July 2016.

He retired from his judicial appointments on 31 May 2023, to assume the appointment of inaugural Commissioner of the National Anti-Corruption Commission from 1 July 2023.

His service in the Army Reserve commenced in the Sydney University Regiment in 1975 and culminated in his appointment as Head of Reserves & Cadets with the rank of Major General (2011-2013). He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in the Military Division in 2010. As an Assistant Inspector-General of the Australian Defence Force he conducted an inquiry into alleged war crimes in Afghanistan.

Alexandra Rogkakou is the Deputy Governor of National Transparency Authority – Greece and the President of the National Coordination Body of Audits and Investigations. Serving as the top manager in a public organization of 500 FTEs and 20 million € budget, she provides guidance and leadership across all three operational pillars of the NTA (detection-prevention-raising awareness), co-ordinates the development and implementation of the National AC Strategy, approves the annual and multi-annual audits and investigations plan and represents the Authority in international organizations and fora (UNCAC, OECD, CoE, EU).

As a senior civil servant with more than 33 years of hands on experience in the fields of anti-corruption audits, fraud investigations and antiquities counter – smuggling, she has a proven track record in designing and conducting more than a 150 complex audit missions in high risk sectors across the Public Administration.

She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, a Master Degree in HRM and has been certified as a Lead Auditor/Investigator by the National Center for Public Administration.

Salahaldeen is a member of the YouthLED Integrity Advisory Board to the GRACE Initiative of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. He is also an innovation designer, youth enabler, and creative problem solver. His work and passion involve designing programs and solutions using a diverse toolkit of capabilities to support teams, organizations, and individuals through the transition from where they are now to where they need to be tomorrow.

Salahaldeen believes that interdIsciplinary education promotes innovation, open-mindedness, and creativity. Emerging from this idea, he intends to gain knowledge and experience in different but connected fields. Besides his bachelor's degree in computer engineering, he gained specialized expertise in business and entrepreneurship by being a Global Business Institute scholar at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He also obtained a diploma from the European Innovation Academy in entrepreneurship and innovation and a MicroMasters program in project management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

As a people-oriented person, Salahaldeen believes in the power of human connection and interaction, so he got involved in many organizations and communities. He is a Global Citizens scholarship holder from the Ban Ki-moon Center for Global Citizens. Additionally, he serves as a Global Shaper and an impact officer at the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community.

Mr DE SANCTIS serves as a Federal Appeals Judge at the Federal Appeals Court in São Paulo, Brazil, and holds the position of General Ombudsman.

Before joining the Federal Appeals Court, Mr DE SANCTIS was a State Judge of São Paulo from 1990 to 1991. He also worked as an Attorney for the Municipality of São Paulo and for the State of São Paulo in the Public Defender's Office. He taught at São Judas Tadeu University.

For twenty years, Mr DE SANCTIS headed the 6th Criminal Court in São Paulo, which specializes in Money Laundering and Financial Crimes. He took part in the judgement of many complex cases and initiated several judicial practices.

Mr DE SANCTIS holds a PhD in Criminal Law from Sao Paulo University - USP and a specialty in Civil Procedure from Brasilia University - UnB.

He serves on the Advisory Board of the International Court Management Association – IACA, the American University Advisory Board for Brazil - USA Legal Studies Programs, and is a member of the Community of Portuguese Language Jurists.

Vanessa Hans is Head of Private Sector at the Basel Institute on Governance. She has held the position since July 2022, having first joined the Basel Institute in January 2020 as Private Sector Specialist.

Prior to joining the Institute, Vanessa was the Managing Director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines. She has several years of experience advising companies on corporate social responsibility as well as international development strategies.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal and a Masters in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Nottingham.

Professor Barry Rider has been teaching law and law related subjects in the University of Cambridge since 1976. He has also taught at many other universities around the world and was formerly director of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London. He has also served as a public servant and headed a special investigation and intelligence within an inter-governmental organisation focusing on organised and economic crime. He has been involved in establishing a number of specialist prosecution and investigation units including in Hong Kong. He is a Master of the Bench of the Inner Temple and has practised law in several City and international law firms. He founded and runs the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime at Jesus College, Cambridge which is in its 41st year. He was made an Officer of the British Empire by HM Queen Elizabeth II for his services in combating economic crime.

Mr. YAU joined the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) as an Investigator in 1994, after having served as an Executive Officer in the Hong Kong Government for eight years. He rose through the ranks to Chief Investigator in 1999, Principal Investigator in 2004, Assistant Director in 2007 and Director of Investigation in 2014. During his ICAC career, he has served in a wide range of positions variously responsible for conducting and supervising corruption investigations in both public and private sectors, as well as undertaking management and operational support work. Mr. YAU began to head the Operations Department in July 2016, and was appointed as the Deputy Commissioner and Head of Operations in August 2018. Mr. YAU holds a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences (1986) from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science degree in Public Sector Management (1992) from Aston University, United Kingdom.

Taylor-Dormond heads the AIIB's Complaints-resolution, Evaluation and Integrity Unit (CEIU) and reports directly to AIIB's Board of Directors. Marvin is responsible for leading the CEIU with its following functions: learning and evaluation function – evaluative assessments of AIIB's ordinary and special operations, complaints-handling function – implementation of the Project-affected People's Mechanism (PPM), AIIB's complaints-handling mechanism regarding compliance with the Environmental and Social Policy (ESP), and anti-fraud and corruption function – anti-fraud and corruption work carried out in accordance with the Policy on Prohibited Practices (PPP). This includes investigating and handling complaints relating to Prohibited Practices.

Taylor-Dormond brings a wealth of experience in the multilateral world across various regions. Prior to joining AIIB, he served as Director General of the Independent Evaluation Department at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and was Director in the Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) at the World Bank Group (WBG), where he led the Financial, Private Sector and Sustainable Development Department (IEGSP) and was Director of Independent Evaluation for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA). He also held various senior posts at the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and was Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Costa Rica. He holds a PhD in Economics with a focus on Public Finance and Economic Development. Taylor-Dormond is from Canada and Costa Rica.

Mr Jing Qi, who is currently an Assistant Researcher at Peking University, holds a postgraduate Master of Science degree. He began his academic journey in September 2011 as an undergraduate at Yuanpei College of Peking University, where he graduated in July 2015. Afterwards, he studied for a master's degree at the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science of Peking University from September 2015 to July 2018. He became an Assistant Researcher at the Discipline Inspection Commission of Peking University in October 2010, and has continued to hold the position to the present day. His focal research areas are anti corruption education and supervisory system reform.

Mr LAI joined the Independent Commission Against Corruption in 2014 and has since been serving at the investigative branches to take charge of public and private sector corruption investigation. In 2020, Mr LAI was seconded to the Corruption and Economic Crime Branch under the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crimes as the Junior Professional Officer for two years to support the implementation review mechanism of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) and to contribute to the programming and carrying out of country-specific and regional technical assistance in accordance with needs identified in country reviews of UNCAC. Mr LAI also provided substantial input to the development of technical tools and publications to facilitate the ratification and implementation of UNCAC, including the guide on corruption risks related to food safety and its public health threats, the investigation and prosecution of corruption cases, and integrity learning module of law enforcement officials.

Mr LAI holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Law) from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Laws degree in the specialization of criminology and criminal justice from the University of London.

Camila F. Tort is a member of the YouthLED Integrity Advisory Board to the GRACE Initiative of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. She is also a specialist in anti-corruption, good governance, and legal cooperation, with a proven track record in international diplomacy and integrity. With over six years of experience working in international organizations, Camila's skillset encompasses a deep understanding of law and anti-corruption and working with national governments and international partners, allowing her to contribute towards promoting a culture of integrity and ethics. Camila's experience includes organizing, managing, and leading international experts' meetings with national representatives, conducting in-depth analyses of States' legal and institutional frameworks, and elaborating comprehensive reports to strengthen countries' legal and institutional anti-corruption frameworks while engaging with key stakeholders. Since 2022, she is also a member of UNODC YouthLED Integrity Advisory Board representing Latin America. In this role, she works towards enhancing anti-corruption education and promoting youth empowerment. Camila holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a specialization in Law, a Master's degree in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy, and a Master's degree in Anti-Corruption Studies.

Ms. Angel H.Y. Wong was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 2018 and has since been a member of Equity Chambers. She has a mixed practice and she handled cases involving family, land, trust and probate, company and contract disputes, as well as bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings. Angel, too, conducted criminal trials either as defence or prosecution counsel. She appeared in different levels of courts either as a sole advocate or a led junior. Angel is also a HKMAAL Accredited General Mediator and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Besides, Angel teaches part-time as a Professional Consultant at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has now been teaching Criminal Procedure for two years.

Angel firmly believes that she has the duty to give back to the profession and the community. She now chairs the Standing Committee on Young Barristers (YBC) of the Hong Kong Bar Association and is, therefore, a Member of the Bar Council. Angel is also involved, as Vice Chair of the Steering Committee, in organising the Hong Kong Legal Walk, a charitable initiative targeted at the legal profession in Hong Kong.

Dexter Yang (Dex) is a member of the YouthLED Integrity Advisory Board to the GRACE Initiative of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. He is also the founder of GoodGovPH, a youth-led nonprofit for good governance in the Philippines. In 2020, it was recognized as one of the country's Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations. He represents the Philippines in the UNODC YouthLED Integrity Advisory Board to advise on meaningful youth engagement for anticorruption and the EU Youth Sounding Board for International Partnerships to advise on youth participation in EU external action. He received his bachelor's degree in Public Administration and is now pursuing his Juris Doctor degree, both in the University of the Philippines. He is an alumnus of the YSEALI Academic Fellowship for Civic Engagement (University of Nebraska at Omaha) and the Future Bridging Leadership Program (Asian Institute of Management).
