Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption (HKIAAC) - IAACA Joint Training Programme

The Symposium will be followed by a back-to-back training programme to be co-hosted by the HKIAAC and IAACA. It will consist of a technical visit to the ICAC Building, Training Workshops and a Study Tour to Changsha, China. Please indicate your interest in joining the training programme when completing the registration form of the Symposium.

Study Tour to the Mainland China

Location: Changsha, Hunan Province, China

Estimated expense: Below HK$5,000 (US$640) per participant
(On a cost-recovery basis for accommodation, transportation and meal arrangement)

Language: Putonghua (Putonghua-English simultaneous interpretation will be provided)

Target participants: Symposium Delegates (Overseas) who are members / representatives of

  • Anti-corruption authorities
  • Law enforcement agencies
  • Judicial and prosecutorial authorities
  • Regulatory bodies

Participants in the Study Tour to the Mainland China should check whether a visa is required for entering the Mainland of China, and make a visa application after the enrolment is accepted. If you are unsure about your status, please check with any Chinese embassy or consulate.

Participants of the tour will depart from Hong Kong on the morning of 26 May 2024 and return in the late afternoon of 28 May 2024. (Details of the itinerary will be available later)

It is recommended that participants arrange an additional night's accommodation in Hong Kong on 28 May 2024.
