ICAC representatives will explain the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (ECICO) at the briefing sessions for candidates to be organised by the Electoral Affairs Commission. Upon request, the ICAC will also arrange briefing sessions for prospective candidates and election helpers to brief them the major provisions of the ECICO and remind them of the statutory requirements governing the conduct of election activities.
