ICAC representatives will explain the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (ECICO) at the briefing sessions for candidates to be organised by the Electoral Affairs Commission. Upon request, the ICAC will also arrange briefing sessions for prospective candidates and election helpers to brief them the major provisions of the ECICO and remind them of the statutory requirements governing the conduct of election activities. Interested parties are welcome to call the Clean Election Enquiry Hotline at 2920 7878 or approach any of the ICAC Regional Offices for arranging briefings.

In addition, the ICAC will conduct regional briefings on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories. Details are as follows:
