A candidate of the 2011 District Council (DC) Election has been charged by the ICAC today (Friday) with publishing an election advertisement which includes false claims of support and fails to meet certain requirements.

Two security guards posted to work at a residential building appeared at the Eastern Magistracy today (Friday) after being charged by the ICAC with offering a bribe of $4,000 to a then chairman of the incorporated owners (IO) of the residential building i n relation to the approval of a one-off hardship allowance.
