A former Detective Station Sergeant of the Police has been charged by the ICAC with allegedly accepting free accommodation at a flat in Macao from a suspected triad member for showing favour to the latter.

The chairman of a formerly listed company, charged by the ICAC, today (Monday) admitted at District Court his role in a fraudulent scam in relation to the trading of the company's shares, and authorising the issuing of a misleading prospectus in the listi ng of the company.
