A proprietor of an engineering contractor, wanted by the ICAC for his alleged involvement in the Airport Railway Hong Kong Station substandard piling bribery scam, was arrested this (Friday) evening Hong Kong time by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in New York, United States.

A company accountant and a director of a trading company were each sentenced to four years ’ imprisonment at the Court of First Instance today (Thursday) for swindling Guangnan (Holdings) Ltd. (Guangnan) out of HK$118 million in Letters of Credit (L/Cs) facilities.
