A former sales executive of a hair products company has been charged by the ICAC with fraud by inducing the company to issue cash coupons in a total sum of over $41,000 as a result of bundling purchase orders from various clients.

A Senior Station Officer (SSO) of the Fire Services Department (FSD) has been charged by the ICAC today (February 19) with soliciting and accepting unauthorised loans totalling $70,000 from three subordinates.

Three former senior staff members of a subsidiary of a German electronic products importer have been charged by the ICAC with deceiving over HK$880,000 from the importer in the procurement and testing of television (TV) sets as well as reimbursement of entertainment and salary expenses.

A former sales and marketing manager of a medical company has been charged by the ICAC today (January 30) with defrauding and attempting to defraud the company of payments amounting to $200,000 for its renovation works.
