A former member of the Tsuen Wan District Council (TWDC) has been arrested and charged by the ICAC for alleged fraud in relation to false claims of his councillor assistant’s salaries totalling $93,000 from TWDC.

Three kitchen staff of three restaurants and a manager of a food supplying company were today (Wednesday) charged by the ICAC in separate cases for alleged bribery in relation to food and grocery supplies to the restaurants.
